The Challenge
Numpy Ninja, an EdTech platform targeting students and professionals in the US and Canada, was looking to generate qualified leads via messaging-based campaigns. The goal was to boost student enrollment through personalized interactions on WhatsApp and Messenger while maintaining an efficient cost per lead.
Our Solution
We implemented a series of strategically segmented Meta Ads campaigns focused on US and Canada regions. These campaigns used emotion-driven creatives tailored to different audience personas (e.g. “Adventure,” “Keep Calm,” “Bored,” etc.).
Our approach included:
- Campaign segmentation by geography and ad angle
- Use of WhatsApp/Messenger ad formats to drive 1:1 conversations
- A/B testing of copy, visuals, and personas to find top-performing combinations
- Ongoing optimization of ad budget allocation based on CPL performance
Results
Over the course of several campaigns, we achieved:
- Total Leads (Messaging Conversations Started): 1,372+
- Total Ad Spend: ₹10,97,141.95
- Average Cost per Lead: As low as ₹503.48
